Baby shower games & decorating ideas?

Hi everyone,
I hope you can help. Ive never been to a baby shower before, but myself and 2 friends are hosting one for our friend. Its going to be at my house, with about 16 people invited. We are ok for horsdoevres (sp?) and cake. But I just need ideas for games, as many as you can come up with would be appreciated. Also, any tips for decorating? No balloons or streamers though. I do have these cute cut-out bears:

but just not sure how I could use them to decorate. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Here are a few I did when I hosted a shower for a friend:
-Name that baby: I had a big tagboard display with pictures of celebrity babies, cartoon babies and of course the mother and father’s baby pictures, people had to name all of them.
-Baby Songs: I had 30 second snippets of about 15-20 songs on a CD, all had baby in the title. People had to list the title and artist after hearing the song.
-Famous children: I read off two parents’ names (for example: Fred and Wilma Flintstone, George and Laura Bush, etc.) and people had to write down their childrens’ names.
-Mother and father quiz: I asked people questions about the mother and father, birthdates, weight and length at birth, as well as other questions about them.
-Find my child: I taped a name on everyone’s back, people needed to find their match. There was a child to match every mother. For example, one person might have Marge Simpson on their back and someone else might have Bart. They needed to figure out who they are by asking questions about the name of their back and then locate the person who matched them.

As for decorating, I wouldn’t go all out. A few simple little things would be plenty. Put the money you would use to decorate into a gift for the mom to be (such as a cool brag book that everyone could write their words of wisdom in), she would probably appreciate it more than some decorations she will never see again.
